I'm sorry that you're feeling the effects of this! Ah! I've been there too, and it's very hard. What I'm so impressed by is your willingness to accept yourself and your process and to be loving to yourself. That's beautiful, and therein is the technique for experiencing this with clarity and hope. But I've been beating them back up since I was about 9 so I've some practice in me! Keep going, that's all I can say. Sewing machines are machines to fear, especially when they eat your precious fabric and create a series of snarled up tangled threads. But I’ve been beating them back up since I was about 9 so I’ve some practice in me!
